Emilio Somoza Luga Jr., then commanding General of the First Infantry "Tabak" Division, a home to the First Scout Ranger Regiment, the Grandson of the Great Tribal Warrior, General Mateo Noriel Luga.In the picture were Tita Virgie, Irwin with wife and Alan. Irwin is present active in preaching the word of God as a pastor, after his stint in the military.
